Family Stay in Camden Town

Seven rooms in a Victorian townhouse. A walled garden. A better option than a chain hotel for families visiting London.

A boutique guesthouse in Camden for families

Central Victorian House is an independent, family-run boutique guesthouse at 101 Camden Road, Camden Town. Seven individually furnished rooms, a private walled garden. It's a proper house, not a hotel — which makes it a better fit for families who want space and character.

We accommodate families visiting London — parents staying near children at UCL, Royal Free, or other north London institutions; families on holiday; parents visiting for graduations or events. Multi-room bookings are straightforward to arrange. We offer quieter garden-facing rooms where available.

Camden Market and Camden Lock: around 6 minutes on foot. Regent's Park: around 20 minutes on foot, depending on route. London Zoo is around 25 minutes on foot via Regent's Park / canal routes. Primrose Hill is around 15 minutes on foot.

Space and character

Original Victorian floorboards, period fireplaces, a walled garden. Seven rooms ranging from compact singles to a top-floor studio suite. Each room is individually furnished — no two are the same.
